Lynda Flowers is a Registered Nurse, Certified Professional Coach, consultant, author, motivational speaker and Energy Leadership Master Practitioner. She empowers women to nurture the ‘Me’ in motherhood, helping women to reconnect with and honor themselves, and as a result, become great moms! She invests in women and her community as a Bible Study leader, 4-H leader, Scout volunteer, and coach. Lynda travelled twice to Nicaragua as part of a medical mission’s trip. She and her three children live on a farm, show Quarter horses and are active in sports. Lynda is an avid reader, quilter and gardener.
