After serving clients for decades in Atlanta, Georgia, Kim transitioned her business to the Florida Gulf Coast. She is the founder of Coastal Luxury Partners, a real estate brokerage based in Sarasota, Florida. Kim lives along the Manatee River in Bradenton with her husband Joe. She is on a mission to educate and elevate others through teaching, coaching, and speaking.
