I believe that self awareness and self-reflection in the care of a non-judgmental and empathetic person brings clarity and direction. I place high value on providing a safe and supportive relationship with integrity and respect.
"Success is in the journey, not the destination."
Spending time with my Heavenly Father through prayer, meditation, and worship. Spending time with my family. Mentoring and coaching young adult girls and woman of all ages. Taking care of my mental and physical health. Reading. Being curious and always learning and growing. Spending time in God's creation, especially by water.
I am very grateful and blessed to have healthy, happy, and authentic relationships with my husband, 2 kids, and my extended family.
