Brenda Ernst spent many years in the field of information technology, where she developed her strong business sense, built dynamic teams, and mentored others. She is committed to coaching individuals as they move through personal transitions and explore their individual passions. Based upon her belief that individuals can align their lives with a personal vision; embrace their uniqueness; and strive for balance utilizing their own personal "toolbox," Brenda was led to form Blue Adagio...a coaching and consulting company specializing in transition. In Brenda's spare time she enjoys playing her cello "Charlotte," spending time in the “north woods”, dabbling in endurance sports and practicing yoga.
