Jackie Garfield is a certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and body image coach. She is passionate about helping women ditch the diets to make peace with food and their bodies. As a recovering corporate worker-bee who worked in finance for a Fortune 100 company for over twelve years, Jackie loves watching what unfolds for her clients when they create more space to live an authentic and aligned life. She obtained her Health & Mastery Coaching certificates from the Health Coach Institute. When she’s not busy creating change for her clients, Jackie loves hanging out with her husband and stepdaughter.
