When people experience trauma or severe life stressors, it’s common for their lives to unravel. Lin Moctezuma is a Certified Life Coach; her first book is Manage Your Stress ~ Master Your Life. Her passion is bringing healing to people who have been through traumatic and stressful experiences by teaching them the tools they need to handle stress. Prior to her writing career, Lin graduated from the Robbins-Madanes Training/RMT Center Core 100 program. Lin’s personal journey has included many challenges and victories; it also led her to discover her passion for helping others. She is known for her kind-hearted, nurturing, and compassionate coaching style.
