Certified as a Life Empowerment Coach, Tonya created Empowering Your Success to inspire, empower and motivate individuals to overcome barriers and create a more balanced life both professionally and personally through coaching, workshops, and motivational speaking. For over 15 years, Tonya has been working as the Director of Operations for a non-profit organization. She volunteers for Heart to Hearts, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, and Literacy Volunteers of Mercer County. She holds a MS in Human Resources Management and is the proud mother of two children, David and Jasmin.
