Mindfulness: A Cure for the Highly Sensitive Person from Your Spirit Coach

My unique background of over 25 years of business experience, training in clinical psychology and practice as an intuitive and medium assist me in melding the worlds of business and spirituality. By guiding others toward their authentic self, together we leverage the strengths and behaviors that emerge from that core in order access the brilliance of the whole self. My journey as a lifelong learner as taken me through many different forms of education including traditional degrees, certifications, apprenticeship and insatiable self-study. My formal education includes an MA in Counseling Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology, a MS in HR from Loyola University Chicago and Professional Counselor Licensure.

To assist others in building a personalized toolkit that will help them tap into their spirit, guide them to their higher purpose and provide support during times of challenge and stress.

As coach, workshop leader and professional speaker I assist others in finding their path, purpose and true desires. I work with individuals and groups who want to go below the surface, dig, explore and discover the answers found within themselves.

The goal of our work together is to bring more clarity to your life, give you the tools and guidance necessary to move past blocks and barriers and finally live a life of joy and ease. I specialize in working with clients who resonate with the term Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) and the challenges that HSPs face in their day to day lives.

If you’re a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) or even feel like you might be then let's connect. One of my greatest passions is sharing my experiences, knowledge and resources with other HSPs. We’re a special group that thrives better with a common tribe than we do alone (even though sometimes we spend a lot of time alone). Please join me in building a community where HSPs feel happy and healthy all of the time.

“Sometimes I think,
I need a spare heart to feel all the things I feel.”
