In 1998, after graduating NY College with a degree in Massage Therapy, Stacey began her career as a Licensed Therapist. In 2000, she founded Essence of Life, a private practice offering a unique fusion of holistic services, combining traditional healing arts with modern medicine. In 2010, combining her skills as a certified coach with firsthand experience with violence, Stacey rededicated her career to helping women heal. Utilizing her unique talents, she helps women breakthrough barriers, transform old patterns of behavior to live vibrant, joyful lives! Stacey maintains thriving practices in NYC and Montauk, NY, providing Massage Therapy, One-on-One/ Group Coaching, Health, Empowerment, & Transformational Workshops.
