Audrey moved from NYC in 1988 and relocated, with her husband to Columbia County, NY. There, she formed a real estate firm, which is currently operating. In 2004 she felt a strong desire to pursue and complete a degree in psychology. Since then, Audrey has become a certified professional coach fulfilling her desire to help people overcome their obstacles and attain their goals. In addition, Audrey has practiced kundalini yoga and meditation since the mid-seventies and combines coaching and meditation in her practice. She finds this process to be a powerful path to greater health, happiness, success and purpose.
